GRI 301: MATERIALS 2016

103-1

Explanation of the material topic and its Boundary

In all our endeavors, we attempt to efficiently utilize materials and recycle as much as possible. Where feasible, we use recycled materials (in packaging, for instance). Overall, our company considers material consumption a major concern. There are few opportunities to use recycled material in our production processes because our business model puts us at the start of the value chain. We therefore do not collect such data at the Group-level. Individual data and measures are reported under the respective chapters.
